The following was again before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 180(FIN) am "An Act relating to the manufacture, use, display, or delivery of controlled substances while children are present." Representative Brice moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 180(FIN) am be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 6. Representative Cowdery objected. The question being: "Shall CSHB 180(FIN) am be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 6?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSHB 180(FIN) am--RECONSIDERATION Third Reading Return to Second for Amendment No. 6 YEAS: 17 NAYS: 20 EXCUSED: 3 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Berkowitz, Brice, Cissna, Coghill, Croft, Davies, Grussendorf, Halcro, Joule, Kemplen, Kerttula, Kohring, Kookesh, Moses, Ogan, Sanders, Smalley Nays: Austerman, Barnes, Bunde, Cowdery, Dyson, Foster, Green, Harris, Hudson, James, Kott, Masek, Morgan, Mulder, Phillips, Porter, Rokeberg, Therriault, Whitaker, Williams Excused: Davis, Kapsner, Murkowski Halcro changed from "Nay" to "Yea". Representative Green placed a call of the House. The call was satisfied. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 180(FIN) am pass the House?"
