Representative Brice  brought up reconsideration of the vote on CSHB
180(FIN) am (page 2403).                                                       
                                                                               
The following was again before the House in third reading:                     
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 180(FIN) am                                             
"An Act relating to the manufacture, use, display, or delivery of             
controlled substances while children are present."                             
                                                                               
Representative Brice moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB
180(FIN) am be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of          
considering Amendment No. 6.                                                   
                                                                               
Representative Cowdery objected.                                               
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall CSHB 180(FIN) am be returned to second             
reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 6?"
